30-Day Return Policy: You have 30 days from the date of arrival to return eligible items purchased from Vermilion for a refund.
Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that are damaged or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.
How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@vermilionselect.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. Our customer service team will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with your return.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider's policies.
Exchanges: We gladly offer exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Contact us at info@vermilionselect.com with your order number and details. Once we confirm eligibility, we'll promptly ship your replacement item. Unused items in original packaging are required for exchanges.
